A concert of original music showcasing diverse musical traditions from Ecuador with a contemporary twist with an array of traditional and modern instruments. Original compositions and arrangements by Roberto and Curi Cachimuel and Alex Alvear, in traditional styles ranging from the mystical Yumbo to the elegant nostalgia of Pasillo, from the earthy Churay to the joyful drive of Bomba and much more. Internationally-acclaimed guitarist Claudio Ragazzi will be a part of the ensemble.
